The Rolls Royce Handlye Special, which is based on a Rolls Royce Phantom II chassis. It is powered by a massive Rolls Royce Merlin Aero engine, something in the order of 26 litres. It was started up several times and appeared to have sufficient power to haul a service train!! However management abandoned the idea on being informed that it did about 3mpg!!!
