Horsted Keynes Station
There are four collections covering the stations: (a) Sheffield Park Station; (b) Horsted Keynes Station; (c) Kingscote Station; and (d) Bluebell Railway's East Grinstead Station (including the construction).
Signal boxes have separate collections: (a) Sheffield Park Signal Box; (b) Horsted Keynes Signal Box; and (c) Kingscote Signal Box (including the old southern box).
Two collections show lineside views: (a) the line from Sheffield Park to Horsted Keynes; and (b) the line from Horsted Keynes to Kingscote.
Five galleries show the construction of the Northern Extension to East Grinstead: (a) Track improvements north of Kingscote; (b) Vowels Lane Bridge to Imberhorne Lane Bridge; (c) Imberhone Lane Tip; (d) Hill Place Farm Bridge to Hill Place Viaduct; and (e) Hill Place Viaduct (sometimes called Imberhorne Viaduct).
Please note that the vast majority of the Northern Extension pictures were taken on private land with permission. Where necessary lookout protection was provided or a possession was taken. No matter what their status no pedestrian may enter the section of restricted clearance adjacent to Turners Hill Bridge without specific authority and appropriate protection.

It did not make economic sense to continue to run "Thomas" events, and these ceased many years ago, although they still happen elsewhere. Someone may have been over-zealous with the crowd control arrangements in 2006, but nevertheless it is still important to obtain a good view. 24.06.2006

For some years annual Food Fairs were held at Horsted Keynes, which provided an opportunity for the railway to appeal to a different audience. Sadly these were not continued. 03.07.2016 15749

Vintage Transport Weekends didn't just happen, and needed a large volunteer effort that continued both before and after the weekend in question. The railway will not easily re-create this largely unseen input, that was so vital to the success of the event. The angle of the setting sun can sometimes give some attractive sunsets at Horsted Keynes Station. It is slightly misty and cold at ground level on 22.12.2007, but the sky is full of colour.
A similar view looking south along the platforms at Horsted Keynes on 19.11.2005 as the shadows lengthen, the lights come on, and a Footplate Days and Ways course steams gently as it awaits a path back to Sheffield Park.
An even earlier view on 20.09.1998 shows no bracket signals at all and three single semaphore signals controlling northbound movements from platforms 2, 3 and 4/5. Although this is a low resolution image a low level semaphore signal can just be made out further up the line.
On 19.11.2005 signalling arrangements at the north end of Horsted Keynes were being developed, and this view catches the installation of new signals at the end of Platform 1/2.
